Good starter Mole. I have been getting to 6:30am f-f meeting that I love but not going to bed earlier. I am still not exempt frm the laws of nature, less sleep makes me tired and I need more rest, like it or not.So today I can be led by the hand, donlt have to shut down. It is ok,  I am getting so much help in that step meeting and I can give myself the gift of time spent for much needed recovery and not beat myself up or feel I will not take care of other things or sabatoge the rest of my life for taking care of myself..  grateful.

Checking in earlier in the process than usual. It's been a slow start to the morning as often happens when DH leaves early and I try and sleep but doze instead. Still eating breakfast and feeling apprehensive about today. I would normally be going to my client. But I changed my days to fit with their meetings. So I have to muster a meaningful plan for today. Which is going to include two big things I have been putting off.

Update 15:52 spent the rest of the morning remembering I had a optician's appt that I was now late for, re-booking it for an hour later, messing around on the internet, walking to appt, having appt, doing a little shopping, walking back. Having lunch (that was planned at least) Feel utterly out of control and sad today. So many very important things to do. And I feel so afraid.

Today I will: 

  • Shower
  • Call insurance people. Just do it. Then you won't have to worry DONE DONE DONE DONE DONE DONE DONE
  • Reply to R. It's never too late.
  • Make EB appt
  • Text S to ask about visit
  • Make a start on Silver work
