Salamander's check in - Saturday, 13 July 2013

Thank you, O Mole, for starting the thread.

For me, just being here is an important step to recognise.

Apart from that, I intend to:

  • Change cat trays and wash them outside
  • Clear the washing up

Take break

  • Sort out the dining table
  • Put the computer there with the speakers
  • Change the bedding

Take break

  • Scrub upstairs carpet
  • Transfer cat and kittens to master bedroom
  • Hoover their bedroom

Take break

  • Take 15 minutes to tidy up the mistress bedroom
  • Make salad (inc potato salad) for dinner

saturday ci hazyjane

It's a hot day, I feel I ought to be out there soaking up some rays.

First: juice.

second: gather book, towel, lotion, cossie and GO!!

third: eat healthily.

fourth:  go to a meeting.

fifth: do some tidying up and laundry when it's cooler.

sixth: water plants.

seventh: update calendar.

eighth: retire by midnight.

At least I juiced, got some quality time in the sun, and ate healthily. But time management was poor, I lack a sense of urgency about almost everything. There is no way that I could even think about being in bed by midnight! I'm going to have a bath. Plus do a couple of things that were on the list that I'd completely forgotten about...

It's an inside job...

I choose to hold today in

I choose to hold today in gratitude for the opportunities of being alive and sharing this journey with others.  Despite how I might feel, I can and will move forward and live.  Blessings to you all.
