Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
got up later than planned :-( (though most people would call it early) annual cleaning day at martial arts club
unpack cleaning utensils shower online banking: new problem came up, I had to phone the bank put leftover food in freezer
clear window sill (stack of paper to be read, filed, acted upon)
It's a hot day, I feel I ought to be out there soaking up some rays.
First: juice.
second: gather book, towel, lotion, cossie and GO!!
third: eat healthily.
fourth: go to a meeting.
fifth: do some tidying up and laundry when it's cooler.
sixth: water plants.
seventh: update calendar.
eighth: retire by midnight.
At least I juiced, got some quality time in the sun, and ate healthily. But time management was poor, I lack a sense of urgency about almost everything. There is no way that I could even think about being in bed by midnight! I'm going to have a bath. Plus do a couple of things that were on the list that I'd completely forgotten about...

Thank you, O Mole, for starting the thread.
For me, just being here is an important step to recognise.
Apart from that, I intend to:
