thank you movingalong, perfect for me today, i havn't been checking in properly for quite some time and i've lost my way really. lost my routine, i did have a lot of medical apointments the last month but i could have tried harder to stay with my routine. today i have decided to try to regain it. so your starter is good for me, reminding me to just take the first step..
