The one thing, the only thing, i can do impulsively is write something on my todo list.
The one thing, the only thing, i can do off plan is recovery, something to maintain my sobriety, when tempted. I have come to believe that it is more important to maintain sobriety than to get things done.

6:18pm : yep, i broke my 78 days of abstinence with a bad surf binge.

THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR (everything i "did well" comes from god, either thru gifts he's given me or the way he's transformed me)
Feeling good about today. Have already done a few things, and left my phone upstairs while I ate breakfast so I didn't procrastinate. Was out the door less than 90 mins after leaving bed (amazing) and finished 4 errands before 10 am. MUCH better.
Today I have already:
Got up at a reasonable hour
had breakfast
had a shower
ran errands to the pharmacy, bank, shoe repair and dry-cleaners AND remembered to buy a card for this weekend.
