 Stayed up late watching netflix. I also got involved with an ex when I knew it was not going to workout, to avoid taking care of myself. Today I will try again to care for my well-being by taking right actions. I will finish my assingment, fix my toilet, and then try to check in again. Thank you for being here! Smile

Well I wasn't meant to be home yet, but am kinda glad I am (with some intrepidation of course) My work finished earlier than expected and so I have some hours to use as I please - whether for client work, study or something else.

So today I have already:

  • The one thing, the only thing, i can do impulsively is write something on my todo list.
  • The one thing, the only thing, i can do off plan is recovery, something to maintain my sobriety, when tempted. I have come to believe that it is more important to maintain sobriety than to get things done.

I work-binged on my MIT. I got it done. But sobriety is more important than getting thigns done. The pattern of binging will get me into trouble--it's just a matter of time. So i pray that next time, God, pls give me the strength to tear myself away and take breaks.

THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR (everything i "did well" comes from god, either thru gifts he's given me or the way he's transformed me)

I got my MIT done, 1 day before it's due. Such a new feeling.
Had a gr8 family time.
DS had a great match that i got to watch.
