When i got overwhelmed, i did not lose sobriety. I could not work, but i prayed, read "15 points for the self-aholic to consider when confronted with the urge to rely on self and not God" (my adaption), listened to christian songs, and never stopped trusting in God, altho i was bouncing along the bottom for a while. But now i am renewed, and refreshed. Jesus said, "I make all things new," and that is true for me in my life tonight.
