"attempting" abstinence means i dont have to succeed for the count to go up, i just have to try at least at one point in that day.
Abstinence from all off-plan activities. My entire day is pre-planned, all tasks are selected, chosen deliberately.
Abstinence from relying on self; rather i rely on God, not my abilities, talents, skill, experience, knowledge, strengths. Those are the musical instruments and i am the orchestra and God is the conductor. And when i succeed, i give credit to God, not myself. This is what the Bible teaches.
9:45am : it's been 14hrs 52min since i last went off plan (includes 9hrs sleep). I got up at 9 instead of 8 so i'm 1hr behind schedule. Make a time schedule.

10:20pm : It's been 27hrs 27min since i last went off plan. I have been moving from task to task to task today. always the most important. is this what life feels like for "normal" people?!?!?!?!

i just want to say a massive thank you to all of you
since joing this forum my life is so much more managable and stress levels are down
my kitchen is tidy ect, there is still plenty to do
the biggest thing i have put in motion is something i had been putting off for a few years. i can't talk about it here as this is googleable and the matter is legal/confidentional. i have made a start on it, make conections....when this is done my life will be so much better so
