Hi all and thanks lennon!
I'm checking in and checking out in one go today as I wrote my list on a bit of paper for various reasons. Still want it here, though
- teach 2 x PtI session
- Look at ev. forms for meeting with M
- run 2 x intro workshops
- meet with M.
- enter gradestila - Wed
Starting to get into the new routine. Need to get to bed even earlier. Plan for today:
Study - 5-6 hours (depending) - 4.5 hours done
Household: 10 tasks (7 done) + whatever comes around
Meditation, read 30 mins.

9:57am : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan. I am excited to have my first client today, but i am both distracted and impulsive. And yet after 4+ years of recovery i know that planning my time til the customer will work best. And is God's will for me.

11:06am : i finished the book of Acts. I took too long at this. I should have kept track of time, and extend my study over 2-3 days, instead of impulsively doing it all today. Now i have much less time to prep for client.

Thanks for the starter Lennon, that is a tool I am still learning to use after all these years here! I still get overwhelmed by large projects and waste a lot of time dithering around not knowing what to do next.
