9:57am : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan. I am excited to have my first client today, but i am both distracted and impulsive. And yet after 4+ years of recovery i know that planning my time til the customer will work best. And is God's will for me.

:) ci
:) quiet time
:) 11am pa phone mtg
:) r task
:? sort tasks
:) do tasks - client prep

11:06am : i finished the book of Acts. I took too long at this. I should have kept track of time, and extend my study over 2-3 days, instead of impulsively doing it all today. Now i have much less time to prep for client.

11:41am : it's been 35 min since i last went off plan. that's Good. Glory to God. Now... client prep, mixed w r.
