Thanks for beautiful starter moving.
Took so much time/effort for family relationship issues during holidays. So grateful for the outcomes and my HP's healing grace. Need to stay one day at a time and next 3 things, even though I feel like I "deserve"time off from all responsibilities.

I had a lot of trouble focusing yesterday. Today I'm going to try and keep the list minimal and concrete, and add to it if I finish.

Thank-you to all you beautiful people out here in Procrastinators Anonymous land. So wonderful, warm, supportive, encouraging, understanding, & caring. You all make my heart just swell up and want to burst.
I don't suppose this new year will be the one where we all quit PA because we have all recovered and no longer procrastinate, lol. However, I do wish for the new year to be filled with joy, peace, & wisdom for everyone. God bless each & every person here.

The car is in for repairs, so I had to take the train and cycle to and from the stations. Boy am I unfit! But at least it's kick-starting my project of getting fit enough to cycle all the way to work.

Just a note for something a lot of people get caught out by - if you post as a reply to someone's post they then can't edit their action list as they complete it. The trick is to comment directly to the starter post.

Finding a way CI
So yesterday I did 3 hours of billable work, which was sort of OK. But today I did 4.5! even though it got very hot here - and still is! I realise 4.5 is still not a lot, but for me it's a lot better than some days. I am more or less keeping up with some personal and domestic tasks too, nothing outstanding but reasonable progress.
Also have been doing meditation and music practice most days and hope to keep those going :)
Keeping time log so noticing that most time is wasted on fiction reading after breakfast and after lunch - I need to limit this or else cut it out.

That is a beautiful thread starter for me movingalong. I am having great trouble focussing on the now and not alternately longing for the cool alm of that picture and ice caves or dreading the day and days to come- today we are heading for 35 C (that's 95 for you guys with Fahrenheit) and tomorrow 40C (or 104 F) we also have strong winds which means very high bush fire danger. Nor do I have any kind of air con. But I need to focus on the now as it is not hot YET.
Write til 12.30 stick tightly to pomodoro 25 mins on 5 mins off with clear tasks for each of the 25 min slots
wash up as quickly as possible so as not to heat up kkitchen
put everything possible in fridge.
