8:02pm : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan. I just replied to a post, but it was not planned. I was on a 2 hr bender which i just ended. sigh. New Beginning. Thank you God for infinite new beginnings. I can start now and be on plan.

So this is like my plan until February 16th:

* I brush, floss, use listerine, use my periodontic brush before sleep.

* I brush, use listerine, use the tongue brush in the morning.

* I participate in thirty minutes of exercise each day: running, walking, jogging, stationery bike, treadmill, hiking, karate, dance, any fitness class.  It's pretty open-ended as long as I sweat. 

* I study or focus on school work for at least thirty minutes. 

* I wake up at 7am on workdays.  This means that I need to go to sleep by 11pm.  At 11pm on worknights I will sequester myself to the following:

* finishing up my workout routine

* getting ready for bed

* sleeping

* school work: I do not want to prevent myself from any late night studying if I'm really on a roll

I spent 3 days with my friends and family and now I am back to do the things left on my desk.

Glad to see some of you are taking the day off today. I've had my "break" the last two days, but I consider them "productive" because I spent some nice time with my family. Here's what I plan to do today:

 

6:35-7:05 get ready 

7:05 Mass

8:00 Write 1000 words

9:30 Call T, C and make plans 

10:00 Clean up kitchen and clutter

11-3 Lunch/T

3-4 Paper/e-mail

4-4:30 3 to-dos

4:30-5 one purging task

5-6 clean

6-8 make/eat dinner, relax 

8-10 Read, lang
