Have been online since 10am and at 3 pm still looking for structure and focus. Trying this check in to increase structuring and to commit more focused to chores today as I'm supposed to hand in my work today!!

Need to work on thesis.
15-16 adding last literature and starting task of sorting information for writing chapter.
16-19 write 300 words for chapter every hour (900 words total)
19-20 Read what's done and re-evaluate what needs doing. Post progress.
General task: Remain focused and energetic like thunder!!!

14.  Be aware of end of day bedtime procrastination before when I should go turn in for the night, to push through my demand resistance at going to sleep, and be in bed by midnight for a deserved night's rest. Affirm to myself that I am worthy of good self care and repose. Celebrate the fact I am getting to bed earlier, but not to let pride come before a fall and relapse into dreadful bedtime procrastination.
And to try to gently work through any unpleasant withdrawal symptoms from any increased productivity today Thursday as I move to recovery from my debilitating addiction to procrastination & compulsive task avoidance.

Yes. And it involved being given some really, really horrible work to do which I was supposed to have done before. Except no one told me. So it wasn't procrastination this time. Oh lordy, really feel like giving up. But no, I won't, I'll make a Friday list soon. Onwards and upwards.

thursday 27th september, i want to be totally accountable

i am making some progress in small steps, carving out a routine but still far too much wasted time. i tend to list to much to do that it seems impossible and overwhelms me, i wish to stick rigidly as i can to a fitness plan that i have started today and take better care of myself as i see this as the root of my procrastination, i hope that with better health and wellbeing i may think clearer. i welcome comments as i want to be accountable but i am wary of spending too much time on line.  tomorrow goes

i've been to the gym and am eating now

i went to the gym later because i stayed up too late last night

i will start 45 min bursts when ready, i will use chatbox and timer

i have eaten, put a wash on and have set an alarm for 45 mis

am going for clothes sifting now
