It has been five days since last post and not much has been accomplished. I should really try harder to avoid distractions by throwing myself into small tasks.

5.00 list til 9.00

9.30 cook and eat
10.30 bath and bed

havn't started listing yet, i'm glad i just read vien's post 'to cut things down to more manageable tasks'. i was just trying to take advantage of ebay free listing til tomorrow. it's free for 100 items. perhaps if it were 5 i might have done it. i better plough on now. i have been through possesions and selected items, now to photograph and list. oh why oh why do i waste so much time
at least have cooked and eaten something healthy
so i'm going to start taking photo's now...after i've had a cigarette...geez...i punctuate everything with a cigarette
have a productive day everyone, feeling a bit flat now
am planning on changing my sleep pattern to go to bed earlier and rise earlier as it will be more productive time

well being off line for 21.00 was a big fib. have taken photo's and loaded them to pc, done about 10. 90 to go.
tomorrow i must be disaplined. and get things done.

Feeling a lot of resistance doing my most hated task--e-mail, but I read the article on time-binging, and I'm going to put in another 20 minutes on a timer and be done with it for the day. Then onto paperwork and my to-do list, but only for an hour...

I am so sorry about misnaming you. I have this completely ridiculous word predictor I don't seem to be able to turn off. And now I have started this And ruined my own editing options I realise I could have just gone back and changed it. Honestly how many paws can a Mole stuff in its snout at one time.
