Thanks movingalong, good START!
I feel utterly sick. I am deep in a horrible bottom. I'm in a constant panic about what to do first. I did well this morning with one article done and got food, but that's about it. Wasting so many hours just worrying. Oh yeah, called back leasing office about late rent, but of course guy is on lunch when I call even though it's far past lunchtime. Not an easy call to face.
I'm avoiding the electric bill calls. Just can't face right now. I feel I need to write as much as I can to see money come in. I have to make a decision and I just can't do it all at once. It's too much for my brain to handle alternating between so many dreaded tasks all in one day. This is the mess I've gotten myself into. Now there's FAR MORE to face than I ever had to before.

Show up (done), calender, walk before noon.
Thanks moving for starter.
One of the things that helped me "start" was thinking of "The Swiss Cheese" method (of course a food I like!!) and knowing I can take bites anywhere on the cheese, don;t have to go from beginning to end.
Another pattern I noticed was I always completed tasks I posted in the chatbox, but resist going on in the early morning. Iam going to try to beat this self sabotaging pattern by posting the nite before.Worth a try.

Well I did not post this morning because I was up and off on my field work day. It was a long day and I worked pretty hard despite not much sleep and some cold wet weather. At one stage I realised I was procrastinating but managed to talk myself out of it as really there was a lot to do out there. It is a totally different space to being in my office, not many distractions, but I usually enjoy it more. Not just because I'm outdoors and seeing new things, because today was not so great for outside. I think I really like knowing I'm doing one thing all day and that's it.
Phoebe and clockypants - welcome to the daily forum!
Good to see you both here
Thank you!
Thanks! Hope I won't stop doing it.
