Hi everyone, was on the chatbox, thought I would post some things. . .

-8 chunks left on the lab report
-work on creating my positive workspace
-visits with friends with Connor
-send PMs re: event tomorrow
-make food for picnic tomorrow! :)
-do something proactive for myself (possibly music?)

Even more tired today.

God forgive me where I have been resentful, selfish, dishonest
or afraid today. Help me to not keep anything to myself
but to discuss it all openly with another person - show
me where I owe an apology and help me make it. Help me to
be kind and loving to all people. Use me in the mainstream
of life God. Remove worry, remorse or morbid (sick) reflections
that I may be of usefulness to others. AMEN

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

I want to thank movingalong for starting this trend.

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 5:45 telephone ACA meeting

2. Take shower

4. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

5. Go to group therapy at 9 a.m.

6. Go to individual therapy at 10:15 a.m.

7. Test blood sugar twice

8. Eat breakfast

9. Go to the 12 noon telephone ACA meeting

10. Cook and eat lunch

11. Wash dishes

12. Clear tables

13. Clear floor

14. Start on the 10th Step in OA

15. Prayer and meditation

16. Start on my Sixth Step in NA

18. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

  • LEAVE BY 10 AT LATEST  this was sheer bluff - I know I haven't a chance of getting away at any time I state, but I put this one good and early, with the intention of being more likely to hit the real time if I aimed for this one. Just 50 min late - pretty good! Smile

  I must also email the Rileys re Weds and email the chapter re Sat, but I can do that from my Mum's.
