ok, i got some bad results today, and am feeling really shaken.

but, I will continue and work anyhow

Finish probe order (working on this now)
dose, check

stage 1
request cells, start plan (will do this soon)
start proc.
(machine is busy; will have to do this tomorrow)
coffee with friend
scan abstract book
(advisor forgot to bring this, so I will do this tomorrow)
Start R8 hyb, wrap samples in parafilm (working on this now)

After my emotional meltdown yesterday, I am doing much better. I let myself grieve last night for all the past emotional issues, and spent time with my Higher Power to be comforted. It helped a lot. 

Already done this morning -- without any planning, only directed by the Holy Spirit: Woke up early around 6:15am, took supplement, sorted towels for washing later, started dishwasher, did 4 floor exercises, made tea, prepped breakfast, read Bible, meditated with HP for 45 minutes, ate breakfast, attended morning UA phone meeting, took shower, bill due dates in calendars, started laundry, put away dishes, opened windows & put on moisturizer, wrote down how long each task/segment took.  

I want to do these today

*1. I want to WRITE!!!!!!!! 8-10 articles today

*2. I want to take an exercise break today, to do aerobics, abs and legs, and maybe some extra stretching

3. I want to take a prayer break, step workbook break, and CD/journal/Bible study break today

*4. I want to practice/work on a song tonight.

5. I want to do towels laundry later. 


*6. I want to go to the store to pick up a few items. 

7. I want to either attend a meeting in person tonight at 7, or attend an 8:30 phone meeting tonight. 


8. I want to get info for something online. 


*9. Speak to leasing person.

Already done: HP, pelvic lifts x 5, dog walk, dogs fed, dogs handed over to another dog-lover for the day, daughter's bike delivered to friend for repair, own bike retrieved, car breakdown cover renewed.

  • go to Town Hall
  • get back and meet friend
  • drive van to mechanic's via other friend who needs a favour
  • meet yet another friend on Heath for sunbathing if poss
  • ring the guy who's going to be staying while we're away
  • go to meeting
  • pick up dogs
  • declutter more, iron bedding, sweep and mop floors
  • think about packing!!!!
  • Get to bed before midnight.
