Innertruth's evening check-in

Need to do some work today for my client and clean my apartment.

Maybe won't get evrything done but here's my list in priority sequence:

Must do's:

  1. Update database (1/2 hour)
  2. Client work (2 hours?)
  3. Run (1 hour)
  4. Wash blouse

Like to do but can put off until tomorrow:

  1. Wash dishes
  2. Unpack
  3. Put away clothes in bedroom & living room
  4. Recycle
  5. Finish reading today's newspaper

Bed at midnight with everything ready for Thursday a.m.

I'm keeping CI simple today.

(That's how many times I need to complete each one -- 4 down, 6 to go). 

  •  WORKOUT

Cardio, abs, legs, stretches DVDs AND PT stretch/strength

  • Call leasing office -- must get renewal letter NOW, to return by next Tues.
  • Practice/write out song for tomorrow
  • Laundry
  • Bible devo + only 3 questions in 3 step workbooks
  • Meditate with HP 10-30 min.
  • Do nails
  • Call friend back

Went to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

Things I will do today

1. Take shower

2. Get dressed

3. Wash dishes

4. Read meditations

5. Cook and eat breakfast

6. Go to the 12 noon telephone ACA meeting

7. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone OA meeting

8. Go to part of the 1 p.m. CLA activity line

9. Warm up and eat lunch

10. Fix dinner

11. Pray and meditate

12. Go to the 3 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

13. Go to work at 5:30 p.m.

14. Finish my Third Step in DA

  • walk/feed dogs
  • get to meeting early as I'm doing service
  • return library books
  • clean fridge
  • last load of laundry
  • ironing
  • print off ferry ticket
  • collect van
  • shopping/filling tank/tyres
  • perhaps be able to help friend get cooker???
  • make dinner 
  • pack/load van
  • hoover/mop floors
  • wipe down all cleared off surfaces
  • make sure I have step work and research material for next term
  • talk to neighbour about feeding cat
  • try and get a decent amount of sleep!!!! Have to be up at 5am!!!!

Oh there's absoutely tons of stuff I'll be distracting myself with as well, like clearing the rest of the front patio and rearranging the plants!!! Sticking up a cupboard I found on the street the other day!!!! Going on Facebook to update my status!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr...... Oh well, it will get done :)
