Sorry to hear you are in a hole and hope you feel better very soon.
I notice from your posts and in chat how persistent you are, and that you consistently complete the tasks on your list.
Wishing you all the best! :)
clement ci - gratefulness
i ran out of motivation. I was just sitting here, staring blankly. Stuff's just not gelling, then more work, unpleasant, "messy" things to do. blah.
So...
i came here.
And hearing other people struggle made me feel better. I feel guilty about that, cuz i wish they didnt have to struggle, but if that were the case, it wouldnt have encouraged me. I dont want to have to have other people do bad for me to feel good about myself. But, whatever, for today it worked for me.
But as i clicked to post this entry, i was reminded about some good things recently i have to be grateful for. Especially a close relationship of mine that's doing A LOT better. Geez, isn't that much more important? I going to bring that before the Lord in prayer now.

SJ Check In
Good morning all. The past two days have been really productive. Today, I woke up later than planned, but I still plan on making the most out of today possible.

Journey 9:15 annoyed & updates
An annoying start to the day. I had the dog at the groomers at 8 am and they had him scheduled for tomorrow instead of today. They did offer me a credit to my account and rescheduled the appointment, and I know that mistakes happen so I'm not angry; but it threw my schedule out the window and now I'm having trouble getting started. Anyway, I have exercised, made the futile trip to the vet/groomer, stopped by the grocery store, and had breakfast. I'm going to log my food and exercise, make my todo list, put the aggravation behind me, and get started on my work day.
Update 10:45 wow I'm getting a very slow start, but I am feeling more ambitious and less annoyed now. I also have a real pomodoro now rather than using the timer on the pc and it really helps because I can hear it ticking. It's not a tomato, it's a cute cow but it's the same concept. So here is the list, MITs are in red.

The day didn't go as I planned. But I realized a greater insight "I must surrender the one thing that I never have and never will - CONTROL!!" . Interruptions are bound to happen, I should accept that and move on.
