Time outside in pleasant spring evening with camera was helpful for my general mood.
I find HB's 5 Things technique appealing, but what's the time window? If I
think in terms of before noon/18:00/23:00, I find myself leaving out
things that DO take time, like getting food, taping thumb, etc.
My usual disinclination to exert effort after Tue. afternoon health appointments was even stronger than usual. Perhaps due to implications of the news I got? Perhaps due to the nature of the work?
Photography time doesn't seem to engender any kind of productivity in other areas. But should it? Hm.
Holy cow! I got up before 10:00 this morning! And my butt is in my desk chair! And I am working!!! Yay me!

Good morning! Working from home today and grateful for the opportunity to do so. I went for my first run outside this year and it was very pleasant to get fresh air and visit the neighborhood dogs and horses. I am making my todo list now and I will post it here before my 10 am meeting. Later gators.

Good morning everyone! Still feeling fragile here. I've agreed my catch-up schedule with my boss, and this morning is the first morning where time has been formally allocated, so I can't keep putting things off by doing other things.
check catch-up list and mark off completed reports
dictate reports (target is 7) progress not good. had to chase lots of papers and only did one report. Brain very sluggish
