Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
Late CI but have already done my bike ride, some tasks and an appt 'down the street' so feeling good those are crossed off.
Yesterday did not go at all as planned; I guess an unforeseen task got in the way. It was hard to feel ok about that even though I did put in a reasonable work day. So back to MIT.
Still feeling some dread about tomorrow at office and how to structure it effectively.
I'm continuing to experiment with noticing what helps and what doesn't.

In the office today. Very busy week last week and busy weekend too, visiting my daughter and then home to do the whole weekend's chores on Sunday! I am feeling good though and looking forward to a productive day working by myself without software vendors. They will be back on Thursday and Friday :(.
Today is catch up day for email and projects. I'll check in if I get stuck. Have a productive and enjoyable day everyone.

Following a major meltdown at work last Thusrday, I have been diagnosed with severe depression. I've started on antidepressants, and am seeing a psychologist. Obviously my procrastination has gone through the roof!
My manager has heavily reduced my workload and now I have the project of getting caught up. I think I'm going to need this check-in more than ever.
