Woah! One week since I checked in! hmmmm! Monday: took daughter school shopping, Tuesday: ? Wednesday: Made a trifle for church group Thursday Exhausted Friday mental health daycleaned bedroom Saturday slept til noon and went to work Today:
Thanks for starter, stefinle. So far have attended online meeting, had breakfast and shower, checked/edited a report and sent it off, and wasted time looking for something I wanted on the internet and getting sidetracked.
I need to rewrite my lists for this week, but want to make major progress today on my major report which is due/overdue.

Well, I had a lovely, much needed restorative day yesterday. Got exercise, down time, sleep and feel much clearer and rested today. Unfortunately, I got very few of my things done! So today I really need to get some stuff done. Here's a plan:
Eat breakfast, sort laundry and put a load in
Get dressed
Check online to see if I have credit card statement. If not, call for balances
Call L.
Go for walk
Go to bank, get statement, move money into other account if I need to.
Hang laundry, put other load in
Make chocolates, put laundry in dryer
If I have time, I can work on other stuff, like getting the moldy things out of the fridge

x Check emails
x Study French
More CBT work from yesterday - this will likely take several days to complete
Write book on travels - not all of it today
x Put on washing machine and hang up clothes afterwards
x Respond to email on travel which I didn't do yesterday - I need to find some info before I do
x Finish listing todos for week and write appointments in diary
x Make shopping list
x Check freezer contents
x Check some info and phone friend this evening - friend came round and we got a load of his and my work done

Friend coming round helped get a lot of things done like images copied onto my computer, camera time checked and images criticised
