Journey 1 pm

Today needs to be a rest day, but a few things must be done anyway.  I slept late after working last night, and I've been sitting around for a couple hours.  Time to get moving.  I'll start with a 30 minute easy/gentle yoga routine.

Next week will be busy, I have two new projects to get into at work and this weekend we have two parties that are must attend events.

  • Planning
  • Yoga
  • Straighten living room
  • Straighten bedroom
  • dust and vacuum bedroom if time
  • Dinner
  • Dishes
  • 1 load laundry
  • Make a start on December budget
  • Check work email
  • figure out how to connect new tv to internet

Be confident.  Stay focused.   One thing at a time.

Falcon -- heh!

Heh!  For once, I engaged in constructive procrastination, rather than procrastinating by just goofing off.  I just cleared out a huge stack of catalogs out of my living room -- not what I was intending to do, but it feels good.  O.k., back to the stuff I'm supposed to do!

Falcon's stack of catalogs

I have that stack of catalogs too!   It's a hazard of the holiday season lol

Be confident.  Stay focused.   One thing at a time.

Catalogs

It's a catalog apocalypse!  More of them keep amassing in the mailbox, and I'm convinced that the ones I already have are breeding like rabbits when I'm not looking!  I'm convinced some day I'm going to just get buried under an avalanche of them, so it was very satisfying to thin the herd!  Wink

So I'm going to commit to doing the tasks that I have written on my delta plan sheet, regardless of if it makes me tired, before I go to bed each night.  My goal is to exercise 30 minutes a day, to sleep in my bed at night, after taking a shower and brush and floss my teeth at night.  I would also like to be on time for classes and school work, getting in an hour of work each day.
