Please do not leave feedback. Thank you. Prayers welcome.
I think I need to start doing things differently. Like not sleeping on the couch and going to sleep without flossing and watching videos until 4am. And not just being late to things. It's totally dysfunctional and I know it. Not like I don't. I'm not trying to self-shame, b/c I feel like I've done enough of that already. I feel like this whole addiction is about my trying to shame myself over and over again, b/c a life of shame is what I am inured to. And I don't need it anymore. I don't need to feel shame about things I do anymore. I'm not really sure how I'm going to do this, but I need some recovery. Recovery for me looks like: being on time to things, unless I have a preceding appointment, doing the work on time, not picking schedules that are overwhelming for me, brushing, flossing and using the periodontic brush before bed, sleeping IN bed.

Falcon CI Sunday
Hi amigos,
Here's what I need to do today:
STAY OFF THE INTERNET! (Except for this site, of course!) Seriously. If I do need to look something up, I can check in here to say I'm doing that, and check back in when I'm done.
Long walk is top priority! Time to eat some breakfast, get dressed and head out.

Falcon CO Sunday
Hi all,
Well, I didn't get quite as much done as I meant to, because I crashed in the afternoon and took a long nap. But that's o.k. My brain's been buzzing with a lot of stuff going on in my life, and it was good to shut it down for a while.
I did good on staying off the internet! I looked up one thing quickly while eating a snack, and didn't get sucked into surfing forever.
