Back at work after a tumultuous couple of weeks. Had some work travel, became ill, wound up taking 7 additional days off work. Returned to work yesterday. Today I feel very sleepy with no desire or energy to do anything. This won't do. Need to plug away, at least.
Goal 1: 2 work blocks of 30 minutes
Goal 2: Get a strong coffee and go to noon meeting
Goal 3: 30 minutes for lunch
Goal 4: 4 work blocks of 30 minutes
Goal 5: 30 minute break
Goal 6: 4 work blocks of 30 minutes
Goal 7: Work on taxes up to 2 blocks of 30 minutes
Goal 8: Go home

i thot i had 2 big things today, but a 3rd has arisen. I will definitely need god's help. going before him to ask now...

Up prayer and reflection
Looked up vegie restaurants for eating out with friend
Checked file and phoned bank re problems with card
Continued with grocery order on web
Checked emails and postings
x Wait in for call from bank - and dealt with it
x Finish tidying up in kitchen
x Hand wash trousers and hat
x Rinse stuff in washing machine
x Sort out wet washing so I can dry all of it
x Out to get money (I hope) from bank - 45 minutes
x Some food shopping
x Deal with mail and emails as they come
Vacumm and wet wipe bedsit floor
Write online journal
Finish putting stuff away from travels
That will do for now

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

1. Go to the 8:30 a.m. telephone CLA meeting
2. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA meeting
3. Prayer and meditation morning and evening
4. Take shower
5. Get dressed
6. Post and send out Al-Anon literature for today
7. Eat brunch
8. Cook and eat dinner
9. Clear table near couch
10. Skin chicken
11. Sweep floor into a pile
12. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA meeting
13. Get medicine ready for the next two weeks
14. Wash dishes
15. Go to work at 5:30 p.m.
16. Go to the 10 p.m. telephone DA meeting
17. Do numbers
