* floss my teeth and use periodontic brush (no more food for the night)   This way I hope to get myself back on the right sleeping schedule

* take out garbage

* start laundry

*run 1 minute + walk 2 minutes  X 10, plus biking and stretches.  This is the end of my 1 minute rep running week.

* read book and write email to Bennish

* Number Theory homework, hopefully done, before I start doing my Functional analysis

* Attend one CoDA meeting this weekend, preferably on Saturday morning ?  That would be cool.  I'm setting my alarm for 8:30am, so that I make breakfast and drive over there in time for the meeting.

Rexroth Check In

Thanks for starting lennon

Today I know so very well what I need to be doing and I don't want to.

Done:
Up prayer reflection
Checked emails and posts

Todo:
Go out to DA day and take part

Don't want to! I feel tired, have a cold and most of my clothes are in the wash or lost abroad. I would like to relax and stay in bed and take it easy.

Why might I go? Over twenty years of recovery, gratitude for my life saved, and for the very different life I now live. I'll meet and catch up with lots of people I've known over the years. I can perhaps be of help to some people starting on the programme. It is easy for me to go as it is a short distance away. I have a habit of isolation and avoidence even of things I enjoy. Some people have done a lot of work to organise the day and I want to support them. They have very good chocolate biscuits.

So off to the meeting and this time take a packed lunch as lunch consisting entirely of biscuits is not really heathy.

I'll deal with what to do when I get back.

Regards Rexroth
