Show up (done) Look at calender.

Grateful I took the time to get stuff for fathers day even though I did not "feel" like it. Showed up here even though I do not "feel" like it, so am learning I can do the things I do not "feel" like doing. I did not have that choice before.

Thanks for being here. bTGIS have a blessed day.

Findingaway check in

Thanks for the starter, Rexroth.

My Sunday is nearly over - 10 pm now. A long car trip home today. Enjoyed going to my niece's 21st party last night. Gratefully passed the care of my mother to my sister.

Some very happy times with family Smile but serious difficulties again with my husband. I really wish we could find a better way forward. Praying.

Helped out at my sister's house but no other jobs as such - although now I need to get off computer, do dishes, make bed, do exercises and go to bed.

Wishing you all a peaceful and rejuvenating Sunday.

Rexroth Check In

Done:
Up at 6.15 prayer and reflection
Check emails
Finish important email to driver and sent to see if I can hire him and if he can advise me
Weighed myself - rather than imagine what I might weigh and how I might feel about it and what I might or might not do about it - another bit of reality (BTW 13stone 8lb which means nothing as you don't know my height)

Todo:
Get ready and go to church which seems easy this morning
Do second day of medical test
Order new boots on internet
Several more emails about travel
A little more planning and checking about travel
Phone friend whom I met yesterday
Plan working week ahead
Write journal
Have a rest - this is important

I've sure there is more but this will do for the moment

Regards Rexroth
