Journey 10:20

Off to a good start again today.   I had a good workout with my *new* Polar Heart Rate Monitor.   I'm really enjoying it.    I've been looking at and saving for a replacement hrm since my old one crapped out in January.

I was on time to work, and have completed 1 of 6 MITs.  Working on #2 now.

Update 11:30 5 of 6 MITs completed!   #6 is a big one and will take several hours, but still I should have a bit of time for lower priority work this afternoon and still leave on time or early.   Woot!

Update 3:30 all MITs completed!   Now to look at the list of lower priority work and see what I can get done in the next hour.   I think it's a good day to leave early.  I do have to work Saturday night after all.

Now if it will actually all be done. We'll see.

Rexroth Check In

Did not sleep worrying about various admin tasks which seem complicated and confusing. Woke late and did not go to meeting with landlords and do not feel good about myself over this.

Done:
Up prayer and reflection
Checked emails and post
Wrote one letter for friend and sorted out part of his file
Emailed friend
Spent time on web and phone trying to get advice from people who knew less than I did.

Todo:
List all admin tasks so that I can deal with them one by one rather than try to sort them all out in my mind
Sort out the rest of friend's file which is the difficult bit

Regards Rexroth

Rexroth Check Out

Done:
Above and
Emailed another two friends

Todo:
Listen to news on radio
Prayer and reflection
Bed and sleep

I feel a bit less confused this evening than I did this morning and I have got a little done

Night Folks
