Need a great to-do list format

Hello! I am looking for a nice way to set-up concurrent or overlapping to do lists (yearly, monthy, weekly, daily). Any ideas?

Getting Things Done is a good system, too - and just a plain old notebook works.  The main thing is doing what works for you and using it every day so that you trust it. 


You must see your goals clearly and specifically before you can set out for them. Hold them in your mind until they become second nature. - Les Brown
