Hope I can do more of what I need done tommorrow, keep waiting for the right time/feeling/circumstances. Feel like when I shut down, had an excuse, now feeling the discomfort or my actions/inactions.  Need my HP for help. Could only admit it here and still have accpetance of others.

Each
one of us is very good at something. Maybe it's baseball or tennis
where we display talent. Maybe we're good in math or at giving reports. A
few people are talented at being good listeners or helpful friends. To
recognize our own talents we may need help from others. It's always so
much easier to see our faults, or the ways we don't meet our own
expectations.

But the fact is we are all skilled in many areas of
our lives. To accept praise--better yet, to quietly give it to
ourselves--is a sign of healthy growth.

Thing I have done today

1. Went to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

Things I will do today

1. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

2. Test my blood sugar twice

3. Take shower

4. Get dressed

5. Make bed

6. Wash dishes

7. Cook and eat brunch

8. Cook and eat dinner

9. Go to a religious meeting at 2 p.m.

11. Declutter 2,000 e-mail

12. Declutter apartment for 15 minutes

13. Finish reading Chapter 1 from textbook

14. Post and send out Al-Anon literature for today
