dailysunshine's Check in List

I just joined the site today and I'm feeling really good.  I think the check in tactic may work for me so here is goes Cool

Today's goal

1)finish three pages of paper - I ended up finishingn two

2) finish half of my section of assignment -finsihed my section! :O

3) find receipt - done and handed it in

4) make a salad

5) make lunch for tomorrow - done

6) exercise - kind of cheated by walking home instead of hitting the gym but baby steps

7) drink two bottles of water -done

Wow..for some reason this list doesn't look that bad.

I have to say that I feel

I have to say that I feel really good about my progress today.  ive always had this habit of feeling pressured to keep up appearances that I am on top of things.  The check ins kind of works in my favour because knowing that i put my list up on a web-site puts pressure on myself to get it done - more so then when i simply list it on my agenda and im the only one that knows i didn't complete it

However, I want to get rid of the need to look on top of things.  I want to get to the point where I can just accept myself for who I am. This doens't mean that i let my self procrastinate but I'm so sick of being critical and down on myself.

Thank you

Thank you both, its so nice to get support!
