My basics:

2. Gratitudes / Affirmation / - Done
I welcome and adjust to change in my life.
3. Reading - done
4. Goals - Billing 6.0 - (goal not met yesterday - can this be made up on weekend?Timesheet (plan to do after appts and meetings)
5. Inbox - plan to do after appts
6. Exercise - Ran 5 miles. Done
Acceptance is the magic that makes change possible. It is not forever; it is for the present moment. Acceptance is thae magic that makes our present circumstances good. It brings peace and contentment and opens the door to growth, change and moving forward.
It shines the light of positive energy on all that we have and are. Within the framework of acceptance, we figure out what we need to do to take care of ourselves.
Today I will accept. I will cultivate contentment and gratitude. I will move forward in joy by accepting where I am today.

It is a mid-Friday already but I will try to do at least few things today:

4. Study for exam (to be done)

... Got an extra thing done that was not on the list: I am trying to analyze if I did it because I had the willpower or to postpone one of my other tasks...sigh...

Hello! Again thanks for the support. Yesterday was very draining but I feel stronger. I have no idea how much can get done today, even though I know there is so much to take care of.
Things to do today-
-Lab #8 Data Table 1/2-Lab #8 Data Table 3/4-Appt-Blood work-3 Chapters in fun book
-Online Research-Call Y- do it!!!
-Voicemail for X-Vitamins/Iron

Need to focus on goal of 1 accomplishment: VM W&T Break it down into steps: 1 list changes to be made 2 assign if change via W, T, or PPM 3 write each entry 4 integrate into final document 5 review with VM (the fear part - must overcome) Remember: a) I know this material very well (having procrastined so long stewing over it) b) The execution time is very managable for completing today. c) The obstacle is irrational fear of VM reaction. But VM is very supportive of me and would do anything to help me.

Amazing victory today, after dragging out how to activate my new unlocked smartphone, I did it today in minutes, it became clear what to do, I don;'t know why I make things so hard and drag them out, in the past, I used food to "punish" myself, now I am sort of seeing that I do it with this stiff as well. Thank goodness for HP.

Good morning! I'm annoyed with myself that I've been getting up on time this week but then I find ways to waste time before I can get out of the house. I'll work on this next week. Today I did ok, got up at 5:15 and was at the gym about 6:40. I want to be at the gym by 6:15 and at work by 8:30. Today I was here at 8:45, which is fine.
I have read email, and there's nothing on nmy calendar today except a nice lunch out with friends. Making todo list now.
UPDATE 2 pm back from lunch and feeling very lazy. Going to todo list and finding a short task to get me back on track!

I have accepted that I refuse to exercise alone. No buddy, no walk. Humph.
Edited: Phone bridge helped, conversation w/ hubby helped, in loosening big knot of anxiety in my gut. I was almost in a good place, and then I hear the voice of X, coworker who uses his biting wit to one-up folks, including me. Just the sound of his voice puts me on edge, waiting for the next jibe. A large part of this is my belief that I deserve whatever he dishes out, because I am so unproductive (loser). This negative self talk is a Lie. Yesterday I completed a significant piece of my task. It is done well and Completed! (I keep thinking about the many additional significant pieces that are still pending, but I must focus on Today.) Kudos to Ruth, she may be slow but she CAN get there. Oh, and my worth is not defined by my productivity at work. Not to say it doesn’t matter, but it’s by no means the whole ball of wax. I’m a great wife, mother, and child of God.

Phoned bank and I think sorted out their overcharging and have a promise that they will correct my credit file
Noted urgent actions needed to progress matters - there are two things to do on Monday and some less urgent matters
Found laundry left when I did
