My Day Today

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

I want to thank Lucky for starting this trend.

Things I have completed today

1. Took shower

2. Got dressed

3. Ate breakfast

4. Went to a religous meeting

5. Had prayer and meditation morning and evening

Things I will do today

1. Post Al-Anon literature for today

2. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

3. Make bed

4. Wash dishes

5. Go to the 7 p.m. telephone DA Step Study

6. Call my DA Sponsor

7. Get clothes ready for tomorrow

8. Get my 4th Step inventory finished

9. Get my numbers caught up.

Not a huge amount of work time today, but I want to make as much progress as I can.

MITs are:
*Start running M. comp. code, write up S's stuff
*Cook for potluck
*Take samples, set up expt.
*Work on Southern strategy

Other tasks:
*Deal w/ garden
*Read 3 papers
*Work on organizing

Today I need to "ask for help" will check out CLA for help to follow through,(could not do) tmore teen stuff, Done: walk, gratitudes, paper, oa service to do: shower, get started with son;s 2 tests, regular clean up)

3pm really pushing today, but at least am not "taking off" or shutting down. Done shower, have test paper out did half. ck in later.can't "get it together to ask for help. grateful I can ck in here.test done - he got 100 

11pm  felt like a turtle today, but at least I stayed with it and got through the day with mundane stuff,. went to store, get ready for tommorrow.
