Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
OK, slept late this morning (on purpose...seem to be finally getting over my cold, yay!)
Lots to do today:
MITs:
*Finish plan for frozen sections
*2 hrs org, deacon notes (will do this soon)
*Catch up on lit. (well, I can't get through all the reading today, but I made really good progress. Will try to read 2-3 papers a day for the rest of the week)
*Clean computer heatsink
*Set up expt.
Other tasks:
*Rough southern strategy
*Bike maintenance
*Deal w/ WM
*Write up S's proj, start mot. comp
*Shopping
*Emails, call friend
OK, going to start with a little work on WM to get me going, then I'll catch up on lit.
Beautiful day here in L.A. Going for a run and then kid stuff and some work. Intend to work on my backlog and some current projects too. Have a great Saturday everyone.
Had a dear friend tell me today that God/Universe put me in PA for a reason -- so it would free me up to do God/Universe's will and be an instrument of that will. Can ask myself before I begin doing something that will doing this allow me to serve as an instrument of God/Universe's will? Not my will...which I used to ask myself when I had "my goals" list & that never seemed to motivate me but the higher power goals.
Thanks for the starter Edge, nice way to start a Saturday.

Grateful to be more conscious of my "slips". Clean kitchen at night is more or less a habit after 1+ year in CLA-and 1+ year of practise no matter what- one of my basic 4 daily habits. After 2 years, you would think it would be automatic, but iit is not- it is only when I practise consistency and intention does it come close to being automatic, otherwise I go right back -it only takes 3 days to go back- it is amazing. And more amazing I have choice now before it is too late. Waking up to a mess sort of made me feel like my whole life was a mess.
Thanks for being here- awareness, intention, consistency, back on track, one day at a time, support, empathy, understanding, acceptance, start over every day or 100 times a day, what a miracle and hope. Someone once said "What happens in Vagueness, stays in Vagueness"- so true for me.

Happy Weekend! I am working tonight and have a busy day today but I am so happy to be feeling better that I don't care.
First thing, make a grocery list and a plan for the day, including some time to rest before work at 9 pm.
