hope4meandu checkin (3:00PM)

Hi Peeps,

Thanks Edge for the starter!!

Not doing well. Very angry at me. Probably lost a volunteer job with an ARTS organization I'm very interested in because of my procrastination. Really bummed.

Yesterday made the choice to do nothing but fall into the tv.

Thankfully, because of this group, I now brush my girl every day. I'm thinking maybe that's the way I need to work with myself?? Just work on being consistent with one thing at a time. EXERCISE!!!

Tonight:
-exercise w/tape?
-laundry

Stayed up late last night doing chores, slept in a bit this morning, just now getting in to lab. (But since I was gone most of the weekend on a work-related retreat, I'm OK with getting in late).

Today is mostly a planning and organizing day, with some chores thrown in
*Lunch with brother
*Mail package
*Schedule for the week
*Plans for 2 expts, look into antibody orders (probably won't have time for this)
*Buy stuff to fix computer (will do this soon)
*Call friend, or go to dance and say hi
(around 8:30 or 9)
*Motif scanning for S (working on this now, almost done)
*Go to library(will do this soon)

If I have extra time:
*Fix computer
*Oil bike chain
*Work on organizing papes
*Go to the grocery store
*Take care of garden.

OK, off to lunch now!

A little off focus this morning and having difficulty prioritizing what to tackle first.  Boss wants to meet for brainstorming/info session, but I'm not feeling particularly creative on into it right now. Wish he had spoken with me on Friday.  Oh well...

Maybe my first thing to do today would be to list some potential discussion points.

I can't really think beyond that right now. So we'll see where this heads.

Journey 9:45

Good mornnig and thanks to Vic and CB for the encouragement on Friday!   The weekend was rough, I didn't feel well and I worked 16 hours on Saturday.   The next  8-10 weeks are going to be tough, but after that one of my two major projects will be complete and things will get easier.   I got a lot of rest yesterday, skipped the gym again this morning and came in late, but I am here.   I'll leave early too but still thought it was important to show up.

Getting coffee and making todo list - I don't expect to get a whole lot of work done today but  I'll focus on doing the most important things.   Have a great monday everyone!

Show up (done) think it through

Cking back with English- told my son I would help him, I thought it was on the 3 stories we read - he did not tell me it was on the +4/5 stories we did not read, but we got it done.

Ok need to make a "to do list" to have it on paper. I can only do this if I keep what I did list as well.

Got a great quote from one of the stories:
