My short list

Finished last night:

continue writing reports - (did some; need to do more!)
finish tasks related to students - (half done; finished all orders; need to check for misc. tasks)
hang wet laundry - (hung two loads)
wash new loads - (washed two loads)
fold old ones - (folded one)
order prescriptions - (doing on Monday)
vacuum living room
water lawn
wash dishes

Work for today and tonight:

continue with reports
write/respond to emails
work on task list
reports, reports, reports!!!
shower
break down boxes
do another load of laundry
read book
reports...Dang. I can't stand doing these reports. :P

Caught up on sleep. Got 2 nice emails from friends from the program that help me stay connected and remind me that recovery is day-to-day and the fellowship is great. Playing tennis in the morning and working on my backlog and in the afternoon and early evening.

Gratitude - Done

Check calendar for day and week - Done 

Extra: Recovery work - read material 30 min Done

Social stuff   - 30 min Done 

Intention: work on and finish 2 invoices. August billing. Then work. Exercise too.

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

4. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

5. Take shower

6. Make bed

7. Post Al-Anon literature for the week

8. Fix and eat breakfast

9. Fix and eat lunch

10. Fix and eat dinner

11. Finish my 4th Step Inventory

12. Do my Eighth and Ninth Step questions

13. Go to the 7:00 p.m. telephone DA Step Study

14. Call my DA Sponsor at 8:45 p.m.
