OK, so far I've been to church, spend some time with my grandpa and his neighbors, helped my mom get the the airport, helped a few new students with their bags, and had lunch.

All good things but sadly not studying! So, need to do that now. Tasks for today:
*Finish going through techniques
*Go over secretory pathway
*Go over DNA repair
*Outline poster
*Emails
*Read postdoc's papes

OK, going away from the computer to read about DNA repair and the secretory pathway

 

9am Check emails & review

9am Check emails & review jobs + Breakfast

10:30: meditate

11:00 stop by store and pick up some soap

12:30 Clean place

3:30: work out and lunch

5:00 review plans

6:00 sketch 4 things

9:00 review jobs

10:00 hygene + sleep or read till sleep

4. Go to the 1:00 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

5. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

6. Prayer and meditation

7. Do homework

8. Post Al-Anon literature for today

9. Make bed

10. Wash dishes

11. Get clothes ready for for the coming week. 

12. Take shower

13. Clear off floor

14. Empty things off the storage boxes

15 Clear couch

16. Clear tables

17. Get clothes ready to wash on Monday

18. Fix and eat brunch

19. Fix and eat dinner

20. Go to the 5:00 p.m. telephone CLA workshop

21. Read the Big Book

23. Work on the questions for Step Three

24. Call my DA Sponsor at 8:30

25. Go to the 8:00 p.m. CLA meeting

26. Get sleep apnea stuff ready for tonight
