  • mail phone, bills, paparwork to Avis, taxes, materials to families

8:23 PM: Had a nice mellow day, spending the afternoon with the kids. I have nothing special planned for this evening, so I thought I would put in a couple hours at work.

Goal: 8:30 - 10:30 PM: 2 hours, starting with shortest cases, see how many I can clear out.

Back to report.

Report: Completed 5 cases, although all will require at least some follow up.

  • go shopping for food

My Day Today

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings and my life.

Things I did today

1. Went to the 8:00 telephone DA Action Group

2. Went to the 9:45 and 1:00 telephone CLA meetings

3. Took a shower

4. Ate brunch

5. Took a nap

6. Prayer and meditation

7. Made some phone calls to program people

Things I plan to do today

1. Go through some e-mail

2. Go to the online 3:30 PA meeting

3. Do at least one hour of housecleaning 15 minutes at a time.

That's all I have

on Monday, I can say I didn't do that work stuff yesterday, (spent time with an ailing dad), but I prepped and circled and made good progress today... two chapters done and I'm up to speed on the technology again (sort of)

Could have used that morning time, but, all is not lost.

Today's a good day for me to be reminded that I will intuitively know how to handle situations which used to baffle me.  As I change in the program it really comes true.

Tomorrow I go to Dallas to tour the new company for which I am going to work.  I am very excited and I think this would not have happened if it were not for PA.  Thank you all for being here!!

Well, guess that's not too bad.  I got a lot of stuff done on Friday.  Thank GOD for new behaviors!!!

Still struggling through then end of an unproductive week.

For today MITs are:
*Finish ChIP reading
*Finish c/s reading and take notes on what I read (2.5 hrs) (working on this now, about half way done)
*Finish q.c. and make report (1 hr)(started)

Next priority are:
*Outline prelim expts (2 hrs)
*clean out email (1 hr) (have started this)
*Ref mgmt (1 hr)
*Email friends, call IA (1 hr)(left msg for IA)

Lower priority are:
*Kitchen cleaning (1 hr)
*e.o. reading (1 hr) (started, about halfway done)

OK, have about 20 min before church so I'm going to work on cleaning out email. After church + potluck + maybe visit to BT, I'll go to lab and take care of ChIP reading and q.c.
