Show up (done)
Love the hand sign- my boys use them all the time (not the bad ones-I hope), the ones thesy see soldiers use on tv. There is a military hand sign to" be silent" and I used it when I substitute taught in school- the boys loved it. Thanks.Finished going through my files last nite. I gave myself a reward of going for my walk when I got half way through, then got the willingness to finish last nite. I was done after 12 pm, and got up later than this morning, but I am happy I do not have to face the task now. The reason this is so remarkable, is because last year, this is the task where I hit my bottom, and my HP miraculously led me to this group. I am not where I want to be, but not even close to where I was last year.
For some reason the thought of how much this affects "others" seems to be recurring, I suppose I need to look at that, being the self centered addict that I am, that is not one of my natural thoughts, and if it came up, I would dismiss it,. It is a good sign because it comes up like this only when there is hope for me to change, so that I can help others.
Thanks for being here
Vic pm ck in
Well, on the final strech, need to type up my data. Going to the chat room.
Wow. Done, I want to go out and clebrate!!!But first I want to give thanks to this group. This is the only place I could say how busy I was and how drained I became by procratinating and doing nothing and have people understand. Thank you. Now I can go back to doing my regular stuff.
Wonderful vic, well done!
Wonderful vic, well done!

Reasonably on-time start today, despite having accidentally set my alarm for PM rather than AM
I've been tending to have strong finishes but weak starts...I think that's because I use the tools only when i find myself in a terrible slump, rather than from the beginning to avoid a slump. So for today, I'm going to use the tools from the beginning of the day (crazy idea, I know :P)
MITs for today:
*Look at 6 structures + read assoc. paper to get idea how biosensor works (almost done w/ this)
*
Check on expts*
Organize/update grades, answer student emails*Do comparison and email (missing data, can't do today)
*
Send out deacon notes*Social things--
make plans w/ AG,email TH and RH, go dancing or to bible study (need to leave around 7:45)Other tasks:
*Go over 1 AvO lect. and 1 paper
*Start looking at gonial proliferation (now a MIT b/c I couldn't do comparison) (working on this now)
*Make list of potential conferences
*Figure out plan for S8 expt.
*1 chpt. NTD book (started)
OK, right now I'm going to start by praying about my tasks. Then I'll head to the chatbox to do the "looking at structures" task.

Hope-Faith Check Out
I check out this evening with only part of my PM routine done. Everything seemed to go down hill with regards to my routine's after about 1:30 and it usually does. I really have to push hard in the pm. However tonight my DS had a huge amount of homework and doing homework with DS is like pulling, usually. However tonight he just did an awesome job and I am so proud of him. Of course I had to spend the extra time with him which in the end resulted in not only of my PM routine being done, but it was so worth it and we really bonded. Also on the upside I know when I wake up tomorrow AM I just start all over again. What is in the past is in the past. I came I saw and I attmpted to the best of my ability, time and motivation.
Great working with all of you and I will see you all tomorrow.

have dinner and watch movie with jprocess email10m declutteringprepare breakfasteat evening mealMy work day became a little shorter than I had planned, mainly because I basically spent the whole afternoon with my friend. But it's ok, we had fun and I realized I want to meet my friends more often. I also tend to procrastinate more when I feel lonely and isolated, so being social boost my productivity in the long run. My goal for tomorrow is to get up at 6 am and start my work day at 7. No snoozing. Ok, guys, hope you had a good run today, see you tomorrow. Now it's time for TrueBlood
To do
It is 6 pm in Germany and now I am in here...
Today I still need to
*go out to supermarket with a list
*eat moderate supper
*clean the kitchen
*evening routines
