Recycler CI 7pm EST

Hi Pro Buddies!

This morning at the gym I did my cardio, stretching & ab exercises.

At work we keep having a lot of phone calls. I have been very persistent in taking care of & following through on them. Anyway, this morning I did that plus worked on projects from my assignment list.

At lunchtime I ate food I had brought from home, went into a quiet room for a little meditation, then read a couple of magazines in another room.

The afternoon continued to be a combination of phone calls & other projects. At the end of the day I updated & highlighted my assignment list for in the morning.

After work, I came straight home. I fixed & ate dinner. I started a load of clothes to wash, then relaxed in the recliner chair for a while. That revived me a little, so then I had enough energy to start a load in the dishwasher.

Next I need to wash & moisturize my face, and brush & floss my teeth; and keep everything low-key before going to sleep on time tonight.

Have a great night, everyone! :)

Thank you, gals & guys, for being here! :)

Spirit 10/22

Good day all.  Had meeting this morning that went very well.  The lady I will be working with was wonderful,  I think she saw my organization issues-late, disorganized, kinda ditsy-even left my purse in the waiting area.  That was embarrasing but I went-I showed up-and I listened intently and made notes.  Thank God this is not a first impression on a paying client.

Anyway got clarity on what I need to do to make this happen for my business.  I will place on masterlist as seperat bb activity with deadline of completion as Jan 15,2010.  That should be time enough to pull everything together.  Prior to this appt the deadline was in Nov.  2009 completely unrealistic.  I will be working diligently until that date to cause it to happen that soon, but  now the anx will stop.  I can make a plan that's realistic.

Now for the rest of the day,

  • outside appointment
  • lunch
  • contract followup
  • email check and response
  • return phone calls
  • ext. contract
  • follow up
  • reveiw task list
  • check in w. advisor
  • time action plan for new project

This has been a learning experience today.

OK, I haven't been having the most productive week, but at least I've been making a little progress.

Today's tasks:
*Girl's group
*Prep for tomorrow's expt
*Review 3 stats lectures (reviewed 2)
*Deacons notes (doing this now, ugh)
*Read about cycle in primates (Have done most of this, need to do a bit more)

If I have extra time
*Work on website
*Read about culture

*Stats HW

OK, right now I'm going to review stats lectures. At 10 I need to leave for class.

Journey 9 am

Good morning!   I think Project E is finally done, at least this part.   Have two meetings today to start up part 2.

I'm tired today from babysitting the munchkinette late last night while kids took the 3-year old to the county fair.  It's worth it though, he had SO much fun.

Today I need to feel confident about Project E.   It's going fine in spite of yesterday's little setback, but I'm still in danger of letting that get me down and off track.

In addition, I need to spend some time on the tedious and interminable Project P.  It's languished the past week or two as I've been so busy in Project E and Project V.  It's not a high visibility project but it still needs to be finished by the end of the year.

I have a couple of errands to run on the way home, so I need to finish up the work day and leave at a reasonable time.

Have a productive and enjoyable day everyone!

CL daily overcoming

big work week this week!

early start today. i had the urge to do something other than the two activities i planned. but i resisted. i dont take credit for this, the power to stay on course feels foreign to me, and i think that's because it's god working in me.

645 get ready - DONE
715 some daily main tasks - DONE
725 quiet time - 15 min late 8:10 DONE
unplanned mini family emergency - 8:45 DONE
755 daily maint - 845 DONE
805 fix iss num iss - 857 DONE
815 vp post.s

even now, it's hard to JUST do quiet time. I have the urge to do a bunch of other stuff. That's cuz, step1) i'm an addict, but step2) god can heal me. he is stronger than the addiction.
