Hi Pro Buddies!

This morning at the gym I did my cardio, stretching & ab exercises.

At work today, even though I kept on my priority list, I didn't seem to make much visible progress, other than getting deadline projects done. A lot of interruptions.

During lunchtime, I ate food I had brought from home, then prepped for tonight's class.

In the afternoon I kept on various projects, and kept giving people updates on things. At the end of the day, I updated & highlighted my assignment list for tomorrow.

After work I went by the condo & started a load of laundry, before having dinner with friends. Went to a class tonight. Arriving at home, I put the clothes in the dryer, washed & moisturized my face, brushed & flossed my teeth. Now I am checking my websites before going to sleep soon.

Have a great night, everyone! ;)

Showing up, store, wash(done) plan

Feeling as enthusiastic as Mr. Bear

Because of PA, I knew what day it was yesterday, it was so nice to know "something" when everyone else was not sure.

Journey 2pm

Hey everyone, still doing ok but not as well as last week, struggling a bit working from home today.   I'm frustrated because a task I thought I had finished dug itself out of the grave and took a lot more work.  I feel like I am behind now.  Need to put this feeling away and stay on task.   That "feeling behind" sensation just leads to falling further behind due to procrastination!

Back to work, now I will do the stuff I had planned to do this morning before the above setback lol.

Have a productive and enjoyable day everyone!

Killing the undead! hmm...

It's terrible trying to kill the undead; I hate vampires the most! terrible creatures, sucking your blood, draining your energy... but hey! somebody is got to take care of them, rigth?

So, you are now a zombie/vampire/other suppernatural creatures hunter... how cool is that! please don't let it get into you, remember that these creatures nurture themselves from our fear and paralysis!

hope I made you laugh! :) hang in there and have a great and productive day!

Yes, I drove a stake through that  vampire's heart!  I think it's really finished now.

OK, last night I stayed late to finish up some work, so today I got to lab late.

So far I've been to class and checked in w/ a labmate about some stuff we're working on.

Today, I have a lot of pretty boring tasks to get through. Let's see, I should get as many of the following done as possible
1)Send out deacon notes (will do this soon)
2)Make website
3)Set up mtgs (will do this soon)
4)Email MG, LL, DC (will do this soon)
5)Financial stuff
6)Organize computer files
7)GSEA on 1st wave data, gene list for CYP26b1 data (working on this now)
8 )NLP catch-up
9)Go through 4 lectures on regression
10)Go over supp. info
11)Read a couple papers
12)Work on regression homework

OK, gee, this is a lot, and I probably won't get through nearly all of it, but I can make progress. I'll start with the things I've underlined.

Heading to the chatbox now.
