My home computer is having some issues, so I couldn't update my Sunday CI yesterday. I will be just logging in on my work computer during my breaks, until I get the home computer situation fixed.
This morning at the gym, I did my stretching & ab exercises.
At work this morning before staff meeting, I began working on my emails. After staff meeting, I integrated my new assignments with my other projects, and updated my assignment list. During my lunchtime, I ate food I had brought from home, then did a volunteer project. After lunch I began working on my projects in order of priority.
After work I have my chiropractor appt, then I will go to a local meeting of my other 12-step group. I hope to meet with my sponsor afterward.
After I get home, I will try logging on to a website that may help me fix my computer. The website wasn't working yesterday. I hope it will be working tonight! I want to get my home computer working correctly as soon as possible!
Just a quick check-in to report I showed up to early morning meeting and then to vet appt. Now in to office and trying to get started here. Today I want to build on my modest success in getting some of my old backlog of things done at home by working efficiently on things here at office:
Work on C file - revise draft memo and draft FS;
Work on R file - call TB, call TR
Work on B file - review drafts and revise
First, Kromer -- I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.
I wasn't here to check in the last couple of days because I was traveling, but now I back and ready to start a new semester (I hope). Yet, I still have this report hanging over my head from my summer job, and that is KILLING me, so I'm hoping to get that out of my life very, VERY soon.

Flew back from funeral today. Thanks all for your good wishes.
I've just had lunch, now I'm having a bit of a hard time getting back to work.
I'll set some small goals. I want to:
1)Finish G's project
2)Work on assembling training compendium (do at least an hour of work)
3)(If time) Email comments on W's paper
4)Go to library, get refs on chems
5)Email re: yg, deacons, harambee, seminar, small group
6)(If time) read one gen-interest paper
And then I have square dancing 8-10
Right now I'm going to head to the chatbox and work on assembling training compendium. Then, I'll work on G's project. Once I've done that, I'll head to the library and spend most of the rest of the day on chem. research.
I've just been catching up on posts from the last week or so, and man, you've had a heckuva ride. Sounds like you're taking good care of yourself, though. Thinking of you and sending warm thoughts your way.
Yesterday was more productive than usual for a Sunday. This morning at work was pretty productive too.
Things I need to do:
-call pharmacy did they get Yoffee's prescription
-deal with the post office and the package
-bring in insurance sheets to fax meds
-go to gym & be gentle(haven't exercises since last Thursday)
-call p.t. person and tell her she was way too hard on me and I was in pain the next day.
-continue 4th step
-go to new pet store and see about getting Yoffee new & better food
-find out eob for my insurance and get reimbursed
Work related:
-I've gone through most of my piles and made a to do list out of them
-deal with the most pressing and ask for help, which is hard for me to do
-finish to do list with rest of piles
I like today's saying, yesterday anger got the best of me, but it doesn't have to today, with HP's help!!
Have a great day everyone!!

J was in hospital most of last week with high-risk gall bladder surgery. All went ok and he is home now. But my timetable, always unstable, is quite fractured now! I do have hope - no, confidence, actually, that my Higher Power can and will restore me to sanity sufficient to recover from compulsive procrastination, a day at a time. My part is to check in here, stay in touch with friends in recovery, and apply the 12 Steps and Tools of recovery to the best of my ability every day. Thanks for sharing your recovery walk with me today.
Thanks for the well wishes. It sure feels good to be getting back in the PA swing here. I've had a barely productive day but made a little headway.

Did I mention I am having orthodontal work? At age 57 - sheesh. And it hurts, in an annoying background-ey way, just enough to keep me feeling edgy. God help me be grateful and not whiney! Most of the world has never even heard of orthodontal work, nevermind be able to afford it. OK, attitude shift: Thank you, God, for braces - I guess if something has to hurt, I'd rather have moderate mouth discomfort than gallbladder surgery! lol
Happy Monday everyone! After a very nice weekend it's back to work day. I've been to the gym, read email, and checked my calendar. I have a cup of tea, and I'm making my todo list for the day. By 10:30 I should be making progress on project work. See ya later!

Show up, day 8 in step wk bk, kids off to school (done)Kids started HS today. Like many siblings, their attitude is day and nite. One is looking for all the good (eating lunch with friend, etc., etc.), the other is talking of quiting. He is good looking, smart, healthy, opportunity for college, any help he wants, home computers, etc., etc. and all he wants to do is "get by". The good attitude one has good serendipitous things happen all the time (he is even geeting scholarship offers in 10th grade), has 10 girlfriends, etc., etc. I want to learn and remember to give today a chance, like my younger son did.
Walk, ck in. , dinner, dishes, declutter, wrote draft letter to superintendent for issues and sent to my sponsor, did day 8 and 9 in step study workbook, wash, (done)

Good morning...
I'm up in the big city working out of the offices of Client M. Everything I do today will be related to Client M.
Big focus will be Project U. Also Project P-11. Both for the same client.
Mostly phone calls to make this morning. An appointment this afternoon.
Now to look over my list of tasks.
