Hi Pro Buddies!

At the gym this morning, I did my full cardio, stretching, and ab exercises.

This morning at the office, I prepped, then went to staff meeting. After staff meeting I went through my notes, did some emails and other communications. At lunchtime I ate food I brought from home, and paid a bill. After lunch I have worked on various projects, and updated my assignment list for tomorrow.

After work, ((sigh)) I need to drive home, get something & bring it back up to work. ((sigh)). Well, I've been working here 4.5 years and this is one of the rare times I've needed to make a double-trip like that, so I guess I will try to keep it in perspective ;)

Then it will be time to drive to the local meeting of my other 12-step program. My sponsor recently had a death in their family that lives out-of-town, so it is less likely that we will get to talk tonight after the meeting. If I don't get to see my sponsor after the meeting, I will just drive home and do a couple things around the condo.

Have a great night, everyone! :)

Hi All,

I called in sick AGAIN today. I fear I will go back to work tomorrow and be put on probation. I have the sick time, but it's too much not being there.

Things I hope to do today:
-laundry
-give Yoffee (dog) a bath
-go food shopping
-cook
-work on 4th step

Journey 9 am

Good morning!  I'm in the office today, and feeling kinda bored and depressed.  I need to find something interesting to do this morning to improve my mood.  Making my todo list now, and I'll check back later.   Oh, I know!  I'm going to the museum with my sister in law tomorrow!   I'll make plans for that.  I feel better already!

#1,2,3 are done. Am getting some focus/drive, so I feel like I am getting past the vacation cataclysm.

1.I will make plans in US and if my husband does not want to go, I will go with the boys.1. Called school district to see why they haven't paid me for a day and 1/2 and why they are taking a deduction for retirement when I am only subing right now.  I have tried to get answers for almost a year, but as usual, some of the office staff seems to think I don't count. If I don't get an answer by tommorrow, I will e-mail superentindent, as I had to do before when I resigned from full time to subing, and the office dropped my health insurance while I was still working there. She wrote me a letter of apology (which I am sure he demanded)         2. Called AAA for passport photos for boys. Found out they charge but I can do it at CVS. Nearby for much less.             3. Called time share girl to ask of our options, penalties. Left a message. I can't really do anything until I get an answer.         4. Checked WWWE wrestlikng schedule. I thought they had a show tommorrow- my son's birthday, but they do not.      I am astonished at the calles- they are the worst for me, so I am getting better.(all done)

Now:1. finish dinner for husband 2. take permit form to dr. for son 3. swim 4. meeting 5. look for bday gift for son tommorrow and cake.

pa from phone?

if your at kmart, does that mean you're checking-in from your phone? if so, i'm getting a new one soon, and am looking for reviews. What plan / phone do u have and how much does it cost, if you dont mind sharing. If you dont want to sahre, i totally understand.

No problem

Actually our k-mart has free internet access and a free printing (within reason)- but as far as phones go, I found the best deal with t-mobile. You can get a monthly plan with no contract. I got a 50 dollar phone on line with all accessories (camera, etc., the works, $25 free phone card, no sign up in June and I still have not needed to buy more minutes- I was paying sprint $95/mo for nothing. t-mobile.com
