This meeting follows a 12-Step Meeting format.

  • Very early Monday morning in Asia/Australia/NZ

Hi All,

Grateful to be able to share and for you all.

It feels like all I can do today is go to meetings. Depressed again...don't want to do anything. Feels like lots of self-hatred coming up and coming from others. Need to do laundry, go food shopping, I will go get meds for my girl.

Also, I starting volunteering at a dog shelter a few weeks back because I love our four legged friends and I haven't gone in 2 weeks. Should go today and don't want to. I fear that they will not want me anymore & I will get a bad rep.

My girl (dog) has been sick for about 6 months with asthma/bronchitis/sneezing, etc. Too depressed to talk about it. Feel I need to be with her today.

Just also want to say HI!! to the newcomers and the people who haven't shared yet or who haven't shared for a while...glad you are here...please check-in with us soon.

Just wanted to let you know you're not alone.  Depression sucks rocks!  And so does the feeling of self-hatred that goes along with it.  You don't deserve the pain you're feeling (no matter what negative things your mind is telling you!)

Hang in there, & keep breathing.  Best of luck to your dog - I hope she recovers soon from whatever is bothering her!

Good morning!  Hope everyone is having a great weekend.  Today is the day for puttering around the house.  

So far, I've fed the birds and hummingbirds, and made a todo list, and well, that's about it.  

Next, put flick and tea medicine on the dogs and start the laundry.

Hi Pro Buddies!

Before I do anything else this morning, I am going to try to sort some papers. I'd like to fill one more trash bag before taking some bags to the Dumpster.

I've got several activities today, but I will try to update my CI this evening if not earlier ;)

5:40pm. I did get one more trash bag filled, then took all to the dumpster. I went to a number of activities today. Now I need to finish getting my gym & work bags ready for this week.

6:20pm. It's been time to cut my hair for the last few weeks, but I have to cut it when I have enough nerve/enough energy. So this evening I have felt pretty good, so I cut it. I think it looks ok. It will feel better at the gym, too, because it was getting a little long on my neck.

7:16pm. Called my dad. Re-set the time clocks. I still need to get the gym bags ready.
