"Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hi Pro Buddies!

At the gym this morning I did my full cardio, stretching, and ab exercises.

At the office this morning, I went through my assignment list Twice before lunch. I had my list of stuff to ask my boss about. She was having a busy day, so we only got the most urgent ones done. That's ok. The other ones can wait.

During lunchtime, I got a free wrap sandwich at a promotional event up the street :) I bought a dessert, since I had already eaten my sweet brought from home. I did what I could re a change of address (need a reply back to move to next stage). (Elapsed procrastinating time = 4 months ;) I also went into a quiet room for a short meditation.

In the afternoon, I checked other stuff for my boss and responded to phone calls. I edited a list, updated a database, and uploaded a file.

After work, I have started a load of laundry, and fixed & eaten dinner. Next: I have a magazine to read. I need to run the dishwasher, but I'm not sure if I will do that next. We'll see ;)

8:30pm. I did a couple more loads of laundry, read my magazine, and emailed a friend.

Have a great night, everyone! :)

1. Showing up (barely)-(done) I can' do this alone. Facing the consequenses of my procrastination/avoidance/adhd is unbearable. the craving to "shut down" , avoid,is unbearable. "once having lost their self-confidence, their reliance upon things human, their problems pile up on them and become astonishingly difficult to solve."BB dr.op -day 2 had dr.'s opiniion. (The patient had made his own diagnosis, and deciding his situation hopeless, had hidden in a deserted barn determined to die.he frankly stated he thought the treatment a waste of effort). In nearly all cases, their ideals must be grounded in a power greater than themselves, if they are to re-create their lives.

Thurs Keep trying, . Day 3 of the step workbook . Frig wa serviced in am, print out places wait for husband, nothing I do is working out, walk, call sponsor, sorting, store, lease, meeting?, bank, what am I avoiding- lsit.

Thanks rec & recycler (love your wagger!!)

Hi All,

I asked HP for help at work, when I started to feel like not doing anything and I already feel the flow beginning. This is what I'd like to accomplish at some point before Sunday:

remember to keep holding in stomach for back support
go to gym on Friday
work on 4th step
call credit card company about 0% transfer
food shopping
laundry (UGH)
cook
deciding if should go Buffalo to visit sick mom-in-law
deciding if should go visit Mom in LA, Aunt is sick and Mom needs support

Things I have been accomplishing that I'm grateful about:

writing down food
calling Aunt every other day & neighbor often

Thanks all.

On vacation, slept nice and late.

I want to get an hour or soof work done every day that I'm here.

So, today the MITs are:
*Prayer time
*1 hr work on meiotic blocks project

If for some reason I have time, other tasks are:
*Write up notch stuff
*Read a paper

Right now, I'm going to get dressed and go shopping for bfast w/ my brother, then I'll work for a bit on meiotic blocks project.

Journey 9:20 where is everybody?? & update

Good morning, back in the office today.  I've been to the gym, read email, checked my calendar.  Now for the todo list.

UPDATE 12:30 doing well so far, made some progress on 2 projects this morning.  Have 2 meetings this afternoon, so I won't get much real work done this aft., but I need to take advantage of time between meetings instead of getting frustrated and doing nothing.  Anyway, the day will go by faster if I stay busy, right?
