I don't want to bury my opportunities!
Hello,
New member here.
"Procrastination is the grave in which opportunity is buried."
Yes, that sounds very true to me. :(
But it's not too late yet, even if I already missed some opportunities!
Must...stop...procrastinating...

I can identify
I know the grave of opportunities oh too well myself :(
For what it is worth, I read on the "Don't Delay" blog on Psychology Today that forgiving oneself for past procrastination and missed opportunities often decreases the drive to procrastinate in the future...I just wish I knew how to do it!

Crayon,
I think of all that time I spend on beating myself up and going over past mistakes as 1) wasted 2) selfish. Once I began to see that I was spending a lot of time just thinking about myself and wallowing in my self-disgust, I started to see that process as being self-absorbed and egotistical. Thinking of it that way helps me to move forward.
