I feel totally zoned out and relaxed after I swam a mile and did my walk/run program.  I should do this earlier in the day in order to reap the benefits.

I shared a bit in the channel for my other twelve step program, about my "lonely" feeling but some crosstalk from someone in my other fellowship took me on the road to feeling like they were telling me what to do in no time.  It just upset me b/c she didn't really understand my situation which is far different from hers.  Like, I have to move out of my house with help and it does not profit me to move without my monitor for instance, which I cannot lift by myself b/c of the condition of my body and physical constraints. If I didn't have a monitor to use I couldn't use my computer and I need that, I also need my desk.

And I just don't have thet ime in one week to move by myself I just don't have the time.  It's just humanly impossible without anyone to watch the car while I'm packing.  We don't even have parking on the street near my house available.  It's just insane without help.  And what "practical" mean to somep eople isn't practical with others.  Hence th danger of cross-talk.  It really bugged me, b/c I was giving a share, and the person just sort of said it in response to my share as if I were looking for feedback.

I didn't put Ustream on here before, which I should do.  I am avoiding the following:

  • social networking sites, including facebook, twitter, youtube
  • dating sites
  • chatting sites: woome, chat with a stranger, etc.  I cannot be on a
chatting site.  MMORPGs count as "chat sites".  IRC.  The only
    exception is 12 step-related chat.
  • chat programs
  • MMORPGs
  • YouTube, Google videos, Crackle, ustream.com
  • SayNow.com, and calling anyone's associated fan line

Since I was good in these respects, I know I owe myself a one day chip from last Tuesday.

journey 11 am & update

Good morning!  I slept late this morning and haven't done much so far, except repot a plant that my daughter is taking home with her.

I'm tired from the party yesterday which went very well and much fun was had by all.  So today, I just want to rest and goof off, and I will do some of those, but it's also a good day to do some housework!

Right now, I think I'll . . . get dressed, then sort the laundry.  After that, we'll see.  Maybe take a nap in the sun . . .

UPDATE 3 pm: laundry is done, and I laid in the sun (I lay in the sun?  I could never get those lay and lie verbs straight).  Now I'm doing nothing . . . I think I will do a little more nothing, then vacuum the bedroom and work on the pile.   It's not really a pile anymore, since I'm not letting it "pile up" so I think I'll think of it differently now.   I'm going to do my filing!  that sounds and feels better.

Falcon CI Sunday

Hi pro buddies,

Most Important Task: meditate.

Going to do that, then check back in.

Falcon

Update: Done.  Seems like I always fight the idea of meditating tooth & nail, yet I always feel better for doing it, as long as I'm not too sleepy (then I just nod off.)  I wish I could work meditation into my daily routine somehow.  There must be some time of day that would work -- when I have the time but am not hungry, sleepy, etc.

re: meditation

Yeah, me too.   I have trouble sitting still at the best of times, but I know when I manage to meditate I'm better off for it.

Recycler CI 5:20am EST

Hi Pro Buddies!

I've got about an hour before it's time for my bike ride, so I'm going to putter around & see what I can get done.

8:40am. I'm back from bike ride and I've eaten breakfast. I have things I need to do before going to a mid-morning activity. Hmmm, I better see what I can get into around here! ;)

7pm. I kept going from activity to activity today, so I am just getting home. After mid-morning activity, I colored my hair. Then it was time for lunch, then going to a party. I was thankful to have a party to go to, and also had a good time. Then they also had a cookout, so I am just getting home now, in time to call my dad. After that -- do everything else I was supposed to do today lol! ;)

Have a great day! :)
