Please do not leave advice.  Thank you.  Prayers welcome.

I just wanted to check in and say that I came on time for my newest part-time job today.  It was fabulous that I showed up on time, and yesterday, sans a few minutes spent in waiting for my pin.  So that doesn't count.  Cuz I came on time, and that is what matters.  I just want to cheer myself on for tomorrow.  I have to be at work at 9am.  If I leave from home then I need to leave at 8:30am, and get ready to leave at 8:15am, which means waking up at 7:15am to cook some french toast.  I have been tinkering with the idea of coming to a SOS service, but they may require people to detain there for sometime, and I cannot stick around, cuz I got to go to work.  So I am in a toss up over it.  Either way, I'm waking up by 7:15am.

Hi Pro Buddies!

Yay, it's so great to be back online! Yesterday I was near the computer several times, but had time limitations thorughout the day so didn't get to log in! Today I can CI! Whee! :) lol

Today I spent time with my dad, spent time with extended family, gave gifts to some people, drove in my car, and listened to some music that I like but that I don't usually listen to. Next: I need to get my gym bags ready for work. Let me see what I can get into around here lol! ;)

8:10pm. Gym bags are done. I'm in the midst of washing/drying/putting away clothes. I will limit myself to a couple more things to do, because I need to wind down before bedime, and want to be ready to take my Melatonin and go to sleep on time.

Have a great night, everyone! :)

Vic's Sunday Show

I felt so good yesterday to have completed something I planned.

Today, got up did not go to church and walked, now at church library (my week to help.) So instead of being in the service, I am hanging out in the library to sort my thoughts/plans.

My husband decided to "take off" today from working on the house because of his hand." Now, I feel obligated to have a "family plan". I have put off the marriage help session on line he agreed to do and today would be good to do it. My codependency has taken over and I feel at the mercy of what is agreed by evryone else. Will have plan later when I am more clear. (My horiscope today said my thoughts are like leaves blowing in the wind during fall- don't make any decisions til the end of the week- so much for astrology!!!)

after church food store, got stuff, home at 1:30 lunch, dishes in dishwasher, relax.and MOST IMPORTANT ORDERED MARRIAGE 101 ON LINE- HAVE PUT IT OFF FOR A MONTH-DONE : again I don't feel like I did anything, maybe Gwen has a point about thinking done should have some thrill with it. Husband seems happy playing computer games, so that is fine with me, ok 4: go to store with son, get jeans, and ???gas, movie, pay Visa bill on line, check gas grill. pd Visa bill on line _need to look at account but not now, dinner, some clean, phone.call  I need to return a screen tent. I just don't want to and keep putting it off. I did the same with printer cartridge at Staples, when I finally got there I waited so long, that the ink dried up in the cartridge- over $30 for my "not feeloing like it"- it would be comical if I didn't live like this all the time. The tent is $100 and if I wait any longer it will just be harder and harder. I could do it tommorrow- just not sure, gas station closes at 9, so I need to leave in 1 hour if I want to do it.Of course I don;t want to, just not sure Need to make one call. Decision has been made-tent early tommorrow, I am too tired and it would take 30 miun to get there, I am happy with the few items I accoplished, between the regular routine- things I would have put off if not for this site. thank you.

Hi pro buddies,

Paper sorting party!  It's definitely the day to tackle my papers, cause I can't stand the disorder any more.  I actually dreamed last night about sorting big stacks of paper, so my subconscious must be ready.  And a friend brought me a cake last night, so I even have a treat to reward myself with once I've made some headway.

Ready, set. . . go!

Falcon

Falcon CI - papers done!

Wow!  I sorted all my papers, including the ones in the stacks that had been there since the Pleistocene Era.  Did some banking, balanced my checkbook, and got the bills paid.  I'm all caught up. . . I didn't even know that was possible! Surprised

Using a timer helped a lot. . . and so did cheering myself along with occasional bites of my friend's fabulous cake.  Wink

Falcon

Falcon !!! Wow, you've shown that it really IS possible !

Falcon, you said:

"I didn't even know that was possible!"

You've shown us all that it's possible.

Wonderful!

Hugs!

Journey 10 am & update

Good morning!  I had a lazy Sunday morning and slept late.  Now is time to get started on this beautiful day.

I will have quiet time now and then make a todo list.   I know I want to clean out the fridge, bathe the dogs, post some pics of the baby on facebook, and I've got to run to the grocery store for a critical item that I forgot yesterday.

There is a new grocery store in my neighborhood so I'm going to get the missing item from the new store.  I'm unreasonably excited about going to the new store lol.

I'll check back when the list is made to say that I have started on item #1.  Yesterday was a really good day but of course I had company coming for dinner so that was the pressure that kept me going all day.   It will be much easier to slack off today.

later!

UPDATE It is now 1:30, I have done 3 items on my list already and now I'm going to do the most dreaded task:  bathe the huge hairy dogs.

UPDATE 2:30 dogs are bathed!  the most dreaded task of the day is done.   Now to take a break, then clean the bathroom, then I get my reward . . . a nice warm bubble bath.
