Falcon CI Fri. evening

Hi pro amigos,

MITs for tonight -- make some food, eat, email M., and go to bed!

Tomorrow morning: MIT is to email S., even though I don't feel like it.  Then go to library for DVDs (cause those of us on the U.S. east coast may be getting snowed in this weekend.)  After class tomorrow: nap, then try on new pants.  Tidy up.

Goodnight, everyone!

Good morning!   Late start for me too!

I didn't get up til 5, didn't get to gym until 6:15 :(.  But, still I did go to the gym and got to work at 9 - I prefer getting here earlier, but 9 is fine.  I'll have time to have some cereal and coffee and read email before a 10:00 meeting.

CYA L8TR!  Heading to chatbox so I won't procrastinate on getting started.

heading to chat. 9am. a bit of a late start, but not my fault (unusual).

i started the day w/ a 2 min quiet time listening to a song i love that inspires me. that really helped. I think i'll try to do that thruout the day, maybe every 2 hrs or so. So do again at 10:30am.

Hope-Faith CI 8:10

Good morning all and thanks for the postitive day starter Chick. The quote you included will be my moto for the day.

I am feeling very stressed as I have a lot to get accomplished in the next 70 min and can not afford for anything to go wrong. So here it goes.

  1. A1
    1. Develop start up activity for ppt
    2. Print out E materials
    3. Copy E materials
    4. E-mail students
    5. Update ppt
    6. Get info for DR to O Copies ready contact B
  2. A2
    1. Develop start up activity for 7.03
    2. Create 7.02 E Review Test
    3. Print out 3.00 and 4.00
    4. Copy 3.00 and 4.00
    5. TA Staple and put stickers on CC
  3. Me
    1. Contact J about S to get help
    2. Contact V about P
    3. Print out C for CC
    4. Call A about WM

That is all for now (at least until I think for me items that need to be done) CI in about an hour.

CI 10:05 I completed more then what I thought I would and the copier worked well so that helped not only accomplish the task but keep my frustration level down. Next task is to teacher and get my self prepared for A2. Check back in in about an hour.

CI 11:20 first half of day went well. Need get second half ready and I need to be ready to leave by 3:00. Let me get back to work so that I can accomplish this.

CI 12:30 lunch is over and I was able to accomplish a few items during lunch. I have to focus on what is important to accomplish my goal of leaving at 3:00 and being ready for class on Monday. Focus, Focus, Focus.

CI 6:00 Hummm what to do when someone else waste the valuable time of a procrastantor on a mission. Right now my hands are tied and can not move on to my next task which is very important. I have to depend on someone else to complete their part of the task first before I can do mine. Not happy at all. Any way I have to run to town to pick up some items. CI when I get back. I plan on working in the playroom late tonight.

got up earlier than the rest of the week. So much nicer to start with kitchen cleaner...

[x] corresp

[x] doc collection and printout

[x] mtng

[x x]errand

[x] m

[x] tidy

[x] evening activity

All done :)   I'm not used to the unfamiliar feeling of setting realistic goals and doing 'em all. It falls under the category 'cultivate happiness'

And makes me realize that my choice to procrastinate and leave things incomplete is a choice not to be happy. Hmmm

awesome job, chickadee!

You're so right - happiness is a choice we make every day (or minute?)
