Well, I'm feeling fairly organized and efficient today.  It's a nice feeling.  Perhaps I shall try to have more days like this.
X - gym
X - meditate, visualize a successful and productive day
X - read email (actual .5)
X - daily plannning (.5)
X - organize desk, purse, and notebook - limit to .5
X - work on getting my to do lists back into AO - limit to .5
X - work on WPS time line, make a to do list for project and figure out what's next - 1 hr.
X - whatever is next, work on that for a couple of hours - 2 hr.
 - Register Ina for TLI - 15 min.
 - club budget - work on this for at least 15 min.
 - tax thing - work on this for at least 15 min.
X - jan. budget - work on this for at least 15 min.
 - go thru stack of mail - limit to 15 min.
X - dentist appt this afternoon - 2 hr.
X - leadership meeting - 1 hr. 
X - put my phone/headphone back together lol - .5 
X - check on flexible spending account - 15 min
X - check on SL - 15 min.
 - dishes/laundry - .5
X - dinner - 1 hr.
X - stop by pharmacy .5
 - prep for tomorrow - .5

did almost everything planned plus a couple of unplanned email requests, and returned a pair of gloves to Penney's (I hate returning stuff).  Going now to do some dishes and laundry and prep for tomorrow.  tomorrow is an early day for me so I'm going to try to go to bed at 9.  maybe 9:30.  or 10 lol

Good morning
Yesterday wasn't such a great day (Kromer and I seem to be on the same up and down productivity schedule lol)  I worked from home in the morning, and got a few things done, but my doctor's appointment took longer than planned in the afternoon and I ended up not working at all in the afternoon.  I did a few chores around the house, then played video games until bedtime.  OK, confession time over, today is a new day.

I put of all these doctor's appointments until January so that my Flexible Spending Account would pick up again - now I'm sick of going to doctors lol.

back from lunch, and at lunch I checked on some insurance stuff and SL application - no big surprise there is YET ANOTHER form I have to fill out - I think they make it so difficult that you'll give up trying to get your money out of them . . .

I have one item that arrived in email that I need to take care of right now, then I'll get to work on WPS project and work on that until my dentist appt.

Falcon's CI -- I'm back

Hi all,

I hope everyone had a great week!  I just got back from vacation -- I had a terrific time!  And either the vacation or the med I'm on seems to have really boosted me up from my winter depression.  Yay!

That's the good news -- the bad news is that now I'm really spacy from jet-lag and having a hard time getting going this morning, with a bunch of stuff to do.  What I really want to do is curl up with the good book I started on the plane back.  Maybe I can use a little reading time to bribe myself to function.  Wink

There's already a script to do what I want, but it's written in a programming language I don't know. So, I think I'll spend the next 40 minutes-ish learning R, and then go off to my psych expt. Check in again when I get home, around 5:30.

Back from dinner, a bit late.
Before dinner, I got caught up in checking over my DOE forms, and didn't do the other stuff. I'm going to finish up the DOE forms, write up notes, and find the coactivators, then check in again.
UPDATE 9:20--DOE forms all checked (that took forever!)
UPDATE 9:30--Notes typed up
UPDATE 9:50--Found coactivators near AMPK. Now need to find EG ids corresponding to ATK, and find coactivators near it.

Now I'm going to call home, take a shower, throw out the soda cans and banana peels in my room, and read 20 pages of my R manual.

I'm getting tired, but also am being pretty productive, so I'll get some chores taken care of before I call if a night.

I delivered payment to electric company.

I worked at my job -- however the only break I took was to deliver the payment to the electric company.  I really need to schedule breaks (and lunch!) into my day.

I phoned the landlord again about the repair, but received no reply.

Didn't prepare grocery list. Need to do this.

Didn't check in with Higher Power.  I need to remember that Checking In With Higher Power can take a short time.  I don't have to do it perfectly.

Didn't do spending plan.  I shall choose to do this (however imperfectly) on Wednesday.
