I'm ready for bed (finally). I'm sooo slow!! I keep getting distracted and doing other things. One of the things I was doing is important. I need to practice something every night so I did that for a while.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Procrastination is the grave in which opportunity is buried.
I just can't do intellectual work right now - I'm burnt. In fact, I don't want to do any work. I am able to work in the morning when I'm fresh, but then I'm late getting to the office. Perhaps the solution is to get up earlier.
I'm going to get ready for bed now. That's not work, but it's something.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Procrastination is the grave in which opportunity is buried.
I'm just back from work. Why am I checking in? Because there is stuff I urgently need to get done, and if I try to do it in the morning it makes me late for work.
The problem is, when I come home after working for 8 hours, I don't then feel like doing more work. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I was away this weekend so I didn't do any of my weekend stuff - laundry, watering plants, etc. I still need to water the plants - not before work, though.

Hi Julie and a check in
Hi Julie!
Thanks for asking. I had my first (face to face) meeting with her today and it was really helpful!
I have lot of work ahead of me, but I feel more confident about actually being able to face it -- one day at a time.
I can't thank you enough for, through sharing your "exprience, strength and hope," acting as such a helpful force in my process!
Also: done with the 6 hours (more of less)!
Best,
N
