N's Bookends

Hello all!

I do enjoy reading your posts and knowing I am NOT ALONE in dealing with this compulsive disease.

Done:
I already did one of my hardest things for the day:  I emailed the dissertation coach I was referred to.  I am not sure what my gut is telling me about her, but I think I'll wait until I actually speak to her on the phone to worry about it.  :)  Or try to.

To do:
Pick up a friend at the hospital
45 minutes of dissertation work

Be back here later to book end and thank you all!

N

Done: picked up friend

Done:
picked up friend
vacuumed and mopped most of house
ate lunch

Now starting 45 minutes of dissertation reading/writing

N  :)

Thank you to all on this thread

Done:

30 minutes of reading
15 minutes writing/taking notes

:)

See you tommorrow,

N

pro's CI - 8:15am

I went to bed too late last night, but I got up more-or-less on time. I really want to get to work at a reasonable hour today so I don't have to stay so late.

Todo today

up post this
prayer reflection meditation
deal with phone messages emails post
quick final clear up and preparation for floorers and tilers
wait for them

will they come etc. It's hard to get much done while I'm waiting.

Regards Rexroth

Rexroth 14.44 BST

Well the floorer came but not the tiler. He did a great job and I need to clean up the dust a bit when it settles. He will be back on Friday to sand and stain. Any fantasy of redecoration before I leave for overseas is now gone. If the work is finished and I can get the place clean and clear I shall be well content. Now having a large cup of tea.

Regards Rexroth

Rexroth 21.20 BST

I went to sleep this afternoon. I felt very emotional with the floor being done. Where I live is important to me and has been a problem for a long time. It is not over yet but I had been waiting a long time. Today I've done some writing and cleared out a load of old files on my lap top. Now I'm going to read a little and go back to sleep.

Night good people

Ritva in the morning

Oh, it was hard to open a new thread, I did not remember how you do it.

To do:
at work
- send invoices
- call A
- find papers and fill in forms and take them to an office

at home
-clean kitchen
- make dinner
- iron for 15 minutes
- do laundry
- fold clothes
- go to a 12 step recovery meeting

Soon to bed

I did not manage everything but I did a lot anyway.

you did a fine job

It's a perfectly fine thread opener - thanks for starting it. I'll add some graphics to make it more fun.
